Practical use of diagnostic signs of vibration invariant to machinery construction

A crucially important feature of any modern artificial intelligence (AI)-based diagnostic system is its ability to evaluate machinery health when there is no information on the construction or conditions of operation, as well as high accuracy of the results. Such a feature is utilised in the systems by adding certain rules using diagnostic signs invariant to the construction of the diagnosed machinery unit and its operational conditions. This paper considers examples of the usage of invariant vibration signs in the diagnostics of machinery.
