Tasmania eyes green hydrogen

THE Tasmania state government will explore the feasibility of exporting green hydrogen from Australia's southernmost state to the Port of Rotterdam, in the Netherlands. A memorandum of understanding signed last week says the parties will investigate the feasibility of future exports of green hydrogen from Tasmania's Bell Bay to the European port, which is almost 17,000 kilometres away.
