UK independent Harbour Energy is planning to submit the initial Plan of Development for its Tuna production sharing contract offshore Indonesia to the nation's upstream regulator SKK Migas later this year. The operator is assessing the data from its 2021 appraisal campaign on the offshore block and finalising the development concept ahead of filing the PoD. Tuna and Harbour's interest in the Zama discovery offshore Mexico together account for almost 150 million barrels of oil equivalent of the company's best estimate contingent resources.
