Russian refners up crude unit maintenance

Russian refners’ maintenance programmes for January-March are less extensive than in the fourth quarter, but signifcantly more work is planned than in frst-quarter 2021. Leading refner Rosneft plans to take a combined 1.54mn t of crude capacity of line at its 200,000 b/d Syzran refnery and Lukoil will shut down 817,200t of capacity at its 290,000 b/d Volgograd plant, with work at the latter scheduled until the end of this year.
