Trillium Flow Technologies was incorporated not even a year before Covid hit. World Pumps magazine interviews CEO David Paradis to find out how the pandemic enabled him to lead the company digitally and to keep building on its vision for the future. David Paradis, CEO of Trillium Flow Technologies, is a modest man with decades of experience in the pump and valve industry - he has had a very well rounded career in industrial manufacturing. "I grew up through sales and product management and did some corporate strategy work on the side too, which was helping me to get a pretty well rounded career," explains Paradis. "In 2012, I moved to Weir and ultimately ended up running the pressure pumping business, and while doing that the group realized I had a valve background and they had Weir Flow Control at the time, which was a mix of valves and pumps. So, January 2017, I went to run Weir Flow Control and became part of the group executive."
