Malaysia electronics group forays into rubber gloves sector

SINGAPORE: The list of groups diversifying into the manufacture of rubber gloves in Malaysia has being joined by PNE PCB Bhd, a manufacturer of printed circuit boards. Croup subsidiary PNE Glove is to set up five gloves lines each yielding 300 million pieces per year, PNE said 7 Jan. PNE plans to produce around 1.5 billion to narrow the global gloves demand-supply gap. PNE Clove is to lease industrial buildings in Klang, Selangor, to serve as a base for its production operations.
