AbstractAnti‐Θ antibodies, but not anti‐MBLA antibodies, were cytotoxic to helper cells in the adoptive immune response of mice to the hapten, NNP. On the other hand, antibody‐forming cell precursors were resistant to anti‐Θ antibodies, but sensitive to the cytotoxic effect of anti‐MBLA antibodies.
