US Southeast prices tumble on projected declines in demand

US Southeast natural gas spot prices slid Feb. 3 forweekend flows as demand was forecast to drop in the region.Henry Hub fell about 25 cents on the day, landing at $2.40/MMBtu. Elsewhere, Transco Zone 4 dropped around 35 cents to$2.40/MMBtu.In the forwards market, prompt-month Florida Gas Zone 3dipped about 3 cents on the day to a 13-cent premium to HenryHub. Meanwhile, Houston Ship Channel rose 2 cents to a 36-centdiscount to Henry Hub.
