Tokyo— Nippon Shokubai and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) have finalized an agreement on the joint development of an ammonia cracking system to expand the use of hydrogen and ammonia. Under the deal, the two companies will integrate their respective areas of expertise, targeting early system achievement and widespread adoption of an ammonia cracking system using an ammonia cracking catalyst.
