The research on green development of enter- prises has become a hot topic in business manage- ment practice and theoretical circles. However, therehas been a lack of effective and systematic theory on the index system, quantification and evaluationmethods of enterprise green development perfor. mance evaluation. In this paper, we establish an en- terprise green development evaluation system, anduse analytic hierarchy process and BP neural net- work to build a performance evaluation model. To carry out empirical analysis, we collect financial dataand social responsibility reports from five coal listed companies as sample data. We construct BP neural network model with evaluation system index as in-put vector and comprehensive performance score as output vector. The model constructed in this paper can be used to evaluate the overall performance levelof green development of enterprises and predict their future development potential. It can also providesome reference for government departments to for- mulate public policies and has good application value.
