Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) ink is ideal material for inkjet printed conductive patterns, but poor wetting and adhesion condition on polymer substrates limit its wide usage. This study combines coating layer, laser marking selective treatment and chemical sintering to fabricate inkjet printed AgNPs patterns with low resistance and high adhesion to substrate, meanwhile better shape accuracy is achieved. The whole process is taken below 80celcius and would not make any injury to most polymer substrates.
