‘Jet‐lag’: Strategies for prevention and cure

AbstractIn this review the phenomenon of jet‐lag is described and the causal mechanisms are considered. The theoretical basis for a variety of pharmacological and non‐pharmacological treatments designed to alleviate the symptoms of jet‐lag is discussed, and the evidence of clinical efficacy is outlined.
