East Asian firms have increasingly begun the withdrawal of their business from China, making a change in the country for investment. China has enforced new laws one after another: in January 2008, a new corporate income tax law to scrap in principle the country's preferential treatment for foreign funds and a new labor law to improve the treatment of workers.
