Fleetcor ‘refreshes’ board, agrees to strategic review

Fleetcor Technologies Inc., a fleet card and globalpayments firm, announced it has entered an agreement withlong-term shareholder and technology development firm D.E.Shaw Group to "refresh" its board and form a committee thatwill consider the separation of one or more business units.Under the agreement, Fleetcor has appointed RahulGupta to the board of directors and will soon add anotheragreed-upon director, according to a news release in March.
