1. ?ExxonMobil's 560,500 b/d refinery in Baytown, Texas, reported unplanned combustion over the weekend during turnaround activities at a fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) unit. Combustion that resulted in smoldering and the release of smoke began at 2:39am ET on 12 February, ExxonMobil said in a report to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). The combustion was extinguished, and the event ended at 4:28am ET the same day. FCCs convert vacuum gasoil into gasoline blendstocks.
