Opportunities are few and far between for woodland buyers

My historic woodland sales records show that in 1995, John Clegg and Co published a list of woodland sales in Wales that covered four sides of A4. Today, they and the rest of the woodland market sadly have little to offer potential buyers.This is perhaps less of an issue in Scotland, with its larger forest area, but Wales and England see just one or two woodlands come to market a month. I believe there are several reasons for this.
