Framatome has completed its purchase of Rolls-Royce Civil Nuclear Instrumentation and Control. The acquisition will incorporate Rolls-Royce Civil Nuclear's products into Fram-atome's I&C portfolio. More than 550 employees, mainly located in Grenoble, France, will join the company through the transaction. 1.Paragon Energy Solutions has acquired Technology Resources, a firm focused on nuclear reactor instrumentation and control system licensing and engineering support for the existing fleet and new reactors across the U.S. and around the world. Paragon's primary market focus areas are the commercial nuclear market, the Department of Energy, nuclear propulsion (Department of the Navy/Department of Energy), and next-generation reactors. The service offerings center around instrumentation and control, custom design, qualification and dedication, and the PeAks Marketplace that matches power plant parts with global buyers and sellers.
