Women have been the pillars of life and society since time immemorial. Even in today's progressive society, women are providing increasing cooperation in the construction and progress of the society. Today, in every field, women are contributing to the betterment of the society and the nation by moving together with men. Indian Railways is an organisation, where women are making contributions in every field, along with supporting the women passengers. North Central Railway is also continuously making many efforts in the direction of women empowerment. Today women are working in almost every department and area of North Central Railway. They are being provided proper facilities with a safe environment here. As a result of these facilities, they are participating in the nation's development by giving their best performances.
