摘要

Future generation of photonic devices will require some attractive properties including low power consumption, high performance, low threshold currents horizontal ellipsis The current modulation based vertical cavity surface-emitting lasers (CM-VCSEL) are mainly characterized by these properties and are very useful for future generation optical secured communications. In this paper, the dynamical behaviour, systems-on-chip realization of CM-VCSEL and its applications to medical image encryption by usingcompressive sensing (CS) are investigated. Antimonotonicity phenomenon, chaotic attractor and chaotic bubble attractor are numerically found inCM-VCSEL. The system-on-chip realization of CM-VCSEL by using microcontroller is employed to verify the existence of chaotic attractor andchaotic bubble attractor in the experimental set-up. The effect of modulation amplitude of the CM-VCSEL is exploited jointly with fractional Fourier transform (FrFT) to construct the keys of a new encryption scheme based on parallel compressive sensing. Performance analysis and comparative experiments demonstrate that the proposed scheme is capable of passing multiple security tests and outperform most of the recently proposed schemes.
