Surface tension of Cd_(0.9)Zn_(0.1)Te melt

摘要

Cd0.9Zn0.1 Te is widely used as a material for X-ray and gamma-ray ionizing radiation detectors. In this work surface tension of the melt is studied experimentally and compared with the Shishkovsky equation.
