After reading your article on the 'TrentLink Safe navigation of the tidal Trent' Facebook group I thought I'd let you know they now have a very satisfied customer. I think I can boast that I was the first skipper to benefit from the 'best practice' and information supplied by local boaters in the TrentLink Group. As I'd not navigated the Trent before I was a bit concerned about doing it so early in the year and, with a lot of fresh water coming down from the Pennines the river was still in flood.
