Cobalt-Catalyzed Addition of Ethyl Bromofluoroacetate to Alkynes

摘要

A cobalt-catalyzed oxidative monofluoroalkylation of alkynes with ethyl bromofluoroacetate is reported. This method enables direct and facile access to ethyl bromomonofluoroallyl acetate from abundant alkynes with excellent functional group compatibility. Moreover, this cobalt/ethyl bromofluoroacetate protocol can further create a series of radical monofluoroalkylation reactions of a wide array of substrates, offering a generic and complementary platform for the construction of diversified C-CFHCOOEt bonds.
