This year's Metal Architecure Design Award judges were so impressed with the Oklahoma Contemporary Arts Center in Oklahoma City, designed by Oklahoma City-based Rand Elliott Architects, there was very little discussion over declaring it the Grand Award Winner, as well as the winner in the Smooth Metal Wall Panel category.
