A new species of genus Atanycolus Foerster, 1863 (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Braconinae) from India

Braconinae is one of the largest subfamilies of the family Braconidae with more than 2500 described species worldwide, mostly occurring in tropical and subtropical regions but abundant in Indo-Australian and Afrotropical regions (Yu et al. 2016; Beyarslan 2014). Its members are mostly larval parasitoids of Coleoptera and Lepidoptera, except for some species which attack other insect groups like Diptera and symphytan Hymenoptera (Quicke, 1997).
