摘要

High permittivity nanocomposites have recently received extensive attention for their potential applications in energy storage and flexible electronics. In this paper, 2D conductive MOF Ni-3(HHTP)(2) was modified onto the MXene nanosheets for fabricating high permittivity poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) nancomposites with low dielectric loss. The SEM, TEM and XRD results confirm the Ni-3(HHTP)(2) MOF was grafted on MXene nanosheets successfully. The MOF-MXene/PVDF nanocomposite exhibits a high permittivity of 530 with dielectric loss of 0.49 at 4.76 wt% under 1 kHz.
