Perstorp acquired by Petronas Chemicals Group

Malmo,Sweden-Specialty chemicals manufacturer Perstorp has been acquired by Petronas Chemicals Group(PCG),the petrochemicals arm of the Malaysian oil and gas company Petronas.Perstorp,whose portfolio includes polyols,will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of PCG.
