In this work, the P-N heterojunctions (ZnO-NRs/poly(EPE)) of ZnO-NRs/poly(2,5-bis-(2,3-dihydrothieno[3,4-b] [1,4]dioxyin-5-yl)pyridazine)) were prepared by electrochemical polymerization, which combined with ZnO-NRs into a double-layer structure UV photodetector. The performance of the UV photodetector was explored under UV illumination of 0.3 mW/cm(-2). The structure and morphology of the ZnO-NRs/poly(EPE) composites were characterized by XRD, UV-vis, SEM and Mapping. Structural analysis showed that poly(EPE) was suc-cessfully grown on the ZnO nanorods. The performance of photodetector was performed by electrochemical workstations. The results show that this device exhibits good photoresponsivity, with a responsivity (R) of 77.5 A/W and detectivity(D*) of 1.05 x 10(12) Jones at 5 V bias voltage.
