Iraq's Gharraf oil field produced a record 136,000 b/d of crude oil in the July-September quarter, up from 129,000 b/d in April-June, as the operator is ramping up the production following the start of new production facilities earlier in the year, officials at Japan Petroleum Exploration said Nov. 10. Japex now expects the Gharraf oil production to average 135,000 b/d for its income forecast for fiscal year 2022-23 (April-March) after the oil field carried out scheduled maintenance in October, the officials said.
