With the rate of inflation expected to reach up to nine per cent later this year, we have already seen a 50 per cent increase in energy bills and an almost 40 per cent increase in the cost of petrol and diesel. The cost of energy has been creeping up for a few years with an exponential rise in the past year. As individuals, the impacts these increases have on us are both direct and indirect.
