ABU Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) has launched a phased development of its giant Hail & Ghasha sour gas development, which aims to significantly boost the emirate's production capacity by end of this decade. Several sources familiar with the development told Upstream the Abu Dhabi state-owned giant recently initiated a pre-qualific-ation process for shortlisting leading domestic and international contractors to participate in the first development phase of its much-delayed project.
