Although the dust is still settling on Rentokil Initial’s acquisition of Ter-minix, which created the largest pest control business in the world, many of the details surrounding the post-merger integration are coming into focus. Roughly two months following the close of the deal, PCT sat down with the two individuals leading the integration of Rentokil Terminix in North America — Brett Ponton, CEO of Rentokil North America, and John Myers, CEO of the company’s U.S. Pest Control business — to gain a better understanding of how this integration is proceeding.
