SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Discussions for Asian spot imports of styrene-butadiene-rubber (SBR) and polybutadiene rubber (PBR) have grounded to a halt this week as various northeast Asian outlets, from China to Japan, are out of action on extended holidays. In southeast Asia, not all players are fully back either from extended Eid ul-Fitr celebrations. “Trade discussions may resume more pace only from the week of 8 May,” a trader said.
