The Opec+ group is poised to agree to pursue another 400,000 b/d monthly output increase at its 4 November meeting, as concerns over the sustainability of short-term demand ofset diplomatic pressure for a larger production hike. Several delegates tell Argus that Opec+ is likely to confrm a 400,000 b/d combined production rise for December, with one fagging interest in further increases. Pressure has been growing on producers to raise output more aggres- sively, as oil prices have climbed to three-year highs. Benchmark North Sea Dated was closing in on $86/bl on 25 October, its highest since October 2018.
