Nitrate producers have withdrawn offers of CAN in Benelux markets this week, prior to issuing higher list prices. Yara has told distributors that it is committed on CAN until March and will no longer offer at ?175/t cif inland. OCI is not offer- ing CAN. Eurochem withdrew its offer at ?165/t cif inland on 16 November and is indicating ?175/t cif inland for February deliveries. Borealis is offering limited quantities of CAN at ?170/t cif inland.
