"I'm not going to deny it, these three years have been a very intense challenge. Almost at the same time, [we faced] the [COVID-19] pandemic and the breaking of the agreement with Boeing. "We spent two years preparing for the merger with Boeing, separating inventories, production lines, personnel, offices... now we are experts in disintegration and integration," Neto told AIR International. "It was painful and expensive, very expensive, but we are ready for the future. We have designed a simpler, leaner, more efficient organisation. Both operationally and in terms of systems, we are much better prepared.
