Edward "Ted" Quinn, ANSpast president (1998-1999) and president of Technology Resources, has joined Paragon Energy Solutions in a new role as vice president of licensing. Technology Resources, a firm focused on nuclear reactor instrumentation and control system licensing and engineering support for the existing fleet and new reactors, was recently acquired by Paragon. Quinn has more than four decades of experience in managing utility and Department of Energy projects across U.S. and international sites. He currently serves as chairman of the International Elec-trotechnical Commission SC45A Working Group A9 on nuclear instrumentation systems.
