US independent Talos Energy reported significantly stronger revenue in the first quarter of 2022, as higher oil and gas prices lifted revenues, but pipeline issues contributed to its net loss of $66.4 million. The result was still an improvement on the first quarter of 2021, when the company reported a net loss of $121.5 million. Talos posted revenues of $413.6 million, compared to nearly $208 million in the first quarter of 2021.
