Vitol Signs Deal to Supply Braskem With Plastic Waste Derived Feed

Rotterdam-Braskem and Vitol have entered into an agreement, in which Vitol will supply Braskem with circular feedstock derived from plastic waste. Vitol will begin supplying Braskem Netherlands BV with the pyrolysis oil feedstock produced in the chemical recycling process at the facilities of Waste Plastic Upcy-cling (WPU) A/S in Denmark. Braskem will use the feedstock to grow its circular products portfolio, contributing to the company's commitment to increase sales of products with recycled material.
