Moscow—After a week emphasizing the importance of closer ties, Russian and Saudi Arabian officials have given the first concrete details of new cooperation plans between the two countries beyond the crude output deal in place since January 1. Following meetings with officials and heads of oil companies during his four-day visit to Russia, Saudi energy minister Khalid al-Falih said a joint fund will be established to invest in Russian oil and gas projects.
