A convenient synthesis of N,N',N''-trisubstituted diethylenetriamines

N,N',N"-Trisubstituted diethylenetriamines (1,4,7-triaza-heptanes) were synthesized by reduction of the relevantly substituted 2,2'-iminodiacetiamides which, in turn, were accessed from cheap reactants by the methods depending on their nature.
