AN AIRBUS project inspired by nature is testing new technologies to enhance flight safety and operational efficiency. The Airbus UpNext DragonFly demonstrator is exploring how vision and intelligent flight capabilities can support flightpath management, automated landings and pilot assistance. One of Airbus's A350-1000 test aircraft has received additional nose-mounted sensors for the flight trials and ground tests.
