Water Electrolysis Systems Signs of expanded introduction

The number of water electrolysis systems(with a hydrogen generation capacity of 1 Nm~3/h or higher)shipped to sites in Japan in fiscal 2021 increased by four year on year to 16.Systems are being introduced around Japan to produce green hydrogen in combination with renewable energy,to adjust demand and supply of power produced by renewable energy,to supply hydrogen as energy to fuel cells and to supply hydrogen in other energy fields.Also,the first commercial hydrogen filling station with a water electrolysis system started supplying hydrogen this last summer.It also appears that another system will be delivered to supply hydrogen to a commercial hydrogen filling station scheduled to be built this fiscal year.
