Brazilian fuel distributors registered a 1.6% year on year gain in refined-product sales in October as lower prices and greater urban mobility drove demand for gasoline and jet fuel, according to the National Petroleum Agency. Distributors sold 79.152 million barrels of diesel, gasoline and other refined products in October, up from 77.926 million barrels in October 2021, the agency, or ANP, said Dec. 1. That was the third-consecutive month of year-on-year growth, the data showed. October’s sales also advanced 1.1% from 78.291 million barrels.
