Within the framework of the semiclassical method, more than 30 000 self-broadening coefficients of absorption lines of water vapor gamma have been calculated for transitions with rotational quantum numbers J <= 41, K-a <= 25 of 12 vibrational bands from the spectral range of 0.7-14 000.0 cm(-1). The calculated and known experimental coefficients gamma are analyzed using the analytical model gamma(sur) depending on fitted parameters. Parameters of gamma(sur) are determined using two procedures. In the first one, parameters of gamma(sur) are determined for individual rotational branches with a fixed value of the quantum number K-a = 0, horizontal ellipsis , 10. In the second procedure, parameters of gamma(sur) are determined from fitting of gamma(sur) to 34 635 experimental and calculated values of gamma. The temperature dependence of gamma(sur) is also determined. The obtained parameters can be used for the calculation of self-broadening coefficients of absorption lines of arbitrary vibrational bands of H2O with J <= 41, K-a <= 13 from the abovementioned range.
