摘要

This paper proposes a technique for finding the optimum parameters of a concave diffraction grating and a system for using it by minimizing the half-width of the spread function of a spectra device. The spread functions are calculated including the transmittance function of the device, which depends on the irradiance distribution and the diffraction efficiency over the grating surface.
