A laboratory model of a compact laser correlation spectrometer has been developed that makes it possible to determine the size of the nanoparticles and the features of the conglomeration dynamics of molecular structures in a liquid medium. Various methods of investigating protein solutions are considered, based on the method of laser light scattering, as well as numerical methods of processing the experimental data that make it possible to study the nanoparticle distribution of the scatterers over size and shape. The results obtained by laser correlation spectroscopy are considered. (C) 2015 Optical Society of America.
