When the folks at LivePage approached me with a new XML-enabled tool for Web-site developers, I was intrigued. You see, the core group of employees from LivePage came from Watcom/Powerbuilder. Some have been involved with the development and marketing of Watcom C/C++, others have expertise in database and SQL development. And they definitely have experience developing visual database tools. After all, it was Powerbuilder that set the standard for drag-and-drop GUI tools in the earlier part of this decade.
