Photodynamic Therapy of Endobronchial and Esophageal Tumors: An Overview

ABSTRACTFrom 1982 to March 1996 we treated 211 patients with endobronchial tumors and 106 patients with esophageal tumors using photodynamic therapy (PDT) in an ongoing study of the efficacy of PDT. This paper is an overview of our results and the evolvement of our current techniques for using PDT.
