EP bankruptcies on the decline this year

Denver-With the recovery in oil and gas prices as well as improvement of balance sheets across the industry, the number of exploration- and-production company bankruptcies has declined so far in 2017. The number of bankruptcies has dropped year to date by 70% while the total amount of debt reported in such filings has fallen 67%.
