Oscillatory Kinetics of the Carbonization Reaction of Toluene Upon the Effect of Electric Discharges

On the effect of high voltage AC electric discharges toluene is carbonized and C60and a number of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons appear as intermediates. The concentrations of some of the PAHs exhibit several extrema as a function of time.
